oh my, it's happening again...!!!

this is what i get for not having a life outside of the office!! i need to meet new people from outside of CVG!!!

things have fallen into place.

i'm settled, i'm used to things, i'm learning the language, i've made friends, i've fitted in at the office, i'm busy with work (what else is new?) i know where everything is...

i'm happy.

ohana

there are days when i would walk around the center and i would half expect someone to clap for a transfer. or i would turn a corner and see my former co-trainers with their 50 peso lunches from jimenez catering singing britney songs and teasing clueless PJ. or eartha would suddenly switch personalities and look for bloody mark darcy (if you don't know who he is, shame on you!!) and ever so often, i would catch myself looking at the tall guy in the black jacket passing by. i will always associate that silouette with HIM.

life at info was a blast! i loved every minute i stayed with that company! we were all one big happy family!

perhaps my departure from info was premature, thus, all these memories creeping in. perhaps i had all the wrong reasons for leaving. perhaps i should have just dealt with the whole situation. but then, after all's been said and done, everything's the way it should be. i'm here on this beautiful island paradise, near the beaches, with such a relaxed corporate atmosphere! it's the perfect marriage of city and nature.

but, i know though, no matter where we all are, we can say ohana. and ohana means family. and family means no one gets left behind. not even the memories.

needles, threads and slacks!

i keep forgetting to buy needles and threads at the mall the past few times that i've been going. i needed to sew two slacks of mine. so last night after work, i decided to drop by the mall to finally buy some. when i got there, i simply COULD NOT find ANY!! i mean, here's a mall with a supermarket, cinemas, a drug store and no store that sold threads!! i could not believe it!! talk about needles in a haystack!!! at least there was a store that sold needles. so i bought a book of needles and headed home.

adding insult to my frustration, when i went to a sari sari store infront of my apartment, they had needles and threads. now why didn't i think of asking there first?!?!?!
